Youth Leadership ToT 2026–2027: The Final Day

Final Day of the Training of Trainers (ToT) for the Youth Leadership Program 2026–2027

The final day of the Training of Trainers (ToT) for the Youth Leadership Program 2026–2027 marks more than the conclusion of a training session; it represents the beginning of a transformative journey for young leaders.

What began as a structured learning experience has grown into a powerful platform for personal development, leadership building, collaboration, and empowerment. Throughout the program, participants have not only acquired new skills but have also strengthened their confidence, broadened their perspectives, and embraced their potential to inspire meaningful change within their communities.

Each individual leaves this program better equipped to lead, to serve, and to act. The knowledge gained goes beyond theory, it is a practical foundation for real impact. From engaging with peers to tackling real-world challenges, participants have taken important steps toward becoming leaders who can influence positive transformation where it matters most.

However, this milestone is not an ending. It is a starting point. The true value of this training will be seen in the actions that follow, in communities strengthened, in ideas implemented, and in lives changed.

This initiative, implemented by the Charity Centre for Children and Youth Development in partnership with Digital Opportunity Trust and the Mastercard Foundation, continues to create opportunities for young people to rise as change makers. It is a clear demonstration of what is possible when investment is made in youth potential.

There is a strong call to action for young people, especially those in developing cities such as Solwezi. Opportunities like this are not just programs; they are pathways to growth, exposure, and leadership. Engaging in such initiatives can open doors, build networks, and equip individuals with the tools needed to shape their future and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Young people must be willing to step forward, to participate, and to take advantage of platforms designed for their growth. The future of our communities depends on leaders who are prepared, informed, and committed to making a difference.

The journey continues, and the responsibility now lies with these emerging leaders to carry forward the vision of impact, transformation, and sustainable change.
